Why is there an error when running gulp?

gulp.js

When installing owl.carousel in a project, an error occurs. She herself could not understand what cmd was swearing at. I would be grateful for any hint

Remove the require('owl.carousel') line from gulp.js because it's not part of the build process. And include owl.carousel in the same way as other client libraries are included. For example, try to figure out how jQuery is wired up and wire up the carousel the same way.
