I have not seen the solution that you want, and I do not quite understand why.
What you want in general should be decided by refactoring, unfortunately in phpstorm (which I use) jade is very poor :( there is essentially only syntax highlighting and auto-completion, but alas, switching between classes and renaming classes does not work.
