Why is there an error when launching the .exe launcher (jpackage)?

, I built the project with Maven, then used jpackage to create an .exe file with modules (--add-modules) java.base,java.desktop
The installation file works fine, but the one responsible for starting the program gives an error


What can be a problem? I don't quite understand how jpackage works yet (I only know that it uses jlink to configure the launch environment). How should it be configured to run successfully?
