Why is there a sharp decrease in Internet speed when using Port Triggering in the router settings?

It was vital to add the necessary ports to the exclusion list. Bottom line: The port is open but the Internet speed is terribly reduced. (when downloading files via utorrent (the speed hit the ceiling of 200kbps or with the same loading of web pages).

- Yes. I do port forwarding. But not a lot as you thought. one for Fenix to share the folder Only one specific port For example

If I understand correctly, Port triggering implies the dynamic creation of NAT rules ("port forwarding") depending on outgoing traffic. Accordingly, every time your computer sends a packet with a new destination port (which, most likely, it does often due to the use of the uTP protocol by the utorrent program), a new rule is created, which increases the processor utilization (the process is described in the first approximation).
If I were you, I would:
1) check the router's CPU utilization
2) use port forwarding instead of port triggering where possible.
