Why is there a long login, the start screen hangs (windows 10, ssd)?

Please tell me what could be the reason for the long loading of Windows 10 at the login stage. The problem appeared initially immediately after the system was updated, i.e. after updating Windows 8->Windows 10 everything worked fine , but, apparently, when the system loaded the drivers or something like that automatically, the problem periodically began to appear. And now each system startup takes a relatively long time (60 seconds, after 15 it is very sensitive) ...
I reinstalled the video card drivers , started with programs disabled at startup, started with loading only system services (nothing helped)
Secure Boot - helps .

Actually, 99% of the reason is this. The dxgkrnl.sys file is the core of the DirectX graphics subsystem. It was already successfully downloaded in the process, then something repeatedly unsuccessfully tried to download it again and again. I suggest the following steps; Reboot after each one and see if anything has changed. (Disclaimer: I haven't worked much with Win10, but most likely nothing has changed much.)
If all else fails, run AutoRuns and dxdiag (same as msconfig before), put screenshots/logs somewhere, we'll figure it out further. At the same time write the name of your processor and motherboard. The fact that the system boots and works normally in safe mode is encouraging - obviously, the problem is software and it can be solved.

After updating Vin to 10, there is a very leisurely process of updating 10 itself. I ran into this on my beech, where I put 10 on top of 7 for review. i5 with 16 Gig of RAM loaded at idle by 50-70%. I already thought about viruses, but I googled the active process and calmed down - I'm not the only one. For several days I did not turn off the laptop at all with an Internet connection. Everything settled down. It doesn't seem to be your case.
