Hello, in windows, programs have the ability to run on a hot key, if this is set in a shortcut.
When you press the hot key, the opening of the program occurs with a very long delay, 3-4 seconds, the whole meaning disappears.
Does anyone know why and maybe it can be fixed somewhere?
