Why is there a 404 error in a laravel project?

Almost always, when creating a laravel module using nwidart/laravel-modules , its address is run 1-4 times, and then it suddenly gives 404, although it works on prod. It works on local when I change the address of the module in web.php. What's the matter? I can't change. How to fix the problem?

composer dump-autoload
php artisan config:cache
php artisan route:clear
