Why is ide-helper not working in PHPStorm?

Hello everyone! In general, I installed ide-helper in phpstorm for Laravel. It seems to have activated ide-helper in the settings, but when I try to go to the controller from routes.php using the combination CTRL + B, it says Cannot find declaration to go to
Generated a meta file via php artisan ide-helper:meta, but it still doesn't help.
Help me please.
