Why is the wrong path to the image specified?

The image is in the same directory as index.html, in index.html the path to the image is specified as , why everything works fine in ispmanager on hosting, but if you run it on a local server (xampp), then everything is bad, the image is not displayed. Can this be fixed somehow? <img src="/picture.png" alt="picture">
