Why is the wrong mp3 length displayed?

Unity incorrectly determines the length of mp3 files by increasing their length (inserts a blank at the very beginning). Why ? Also, the explorer and third-party programs show the wrong length, only sound editors show the real length. With the rest of the formats everything is ok, there are no problems. It just became interesting what the mp3 format is so deprived of.
