Hello. Q: Can I use cloud storage to play mp3 directly on the site? (If you just set a link to the file, it will not play. I tried it on google drive). What are the options? Or just unlimited hosting?

If the cloud storage allows you to get a direct and permanent link to the file (and not to its download page), then you can. If not, you can't.
