Why is the wordpress shortcode output function do_shortcode() not working?

Hello! WonderPlugin Carousel plugin is installed on the wordpress site to display a carousel with YouTube videos in a pop-up window. If you add a shortcode to a post in a standard editor , then everything works as it should on the demo . And, if you add to the php page template by inserting
[wonderplugin_carousel id="1"]

<?php echo do_shortcode('[wonderplugin_carousel id="1"]'); ?>

then the carousel itself does not rotate and videos with the video do not pop up, although they are loaded without problems and the html structure is exactly the same - demo
There are no conflicts in the console, all plugins are deactivated, except for the carousel plugin itself.
What could be the problem and how can it be fixed?

The whole carousel overlaps .onepage-section:before, and the carousel code itself is working
