What are the best options for recording audio (bonus if there is enough space / opportunities to put your own light and camera) in Moscow?

Essentially, you need an isolated room, where it’s quiet, and it’s not super expensive) There are co-working spaces, but at best you can quietly record in conference rooms, and it’s expensive to eat a whole conference room.

If it's on a regular basis, it seems cheaper to organize a studio right in the apartment - just cover everything with acoustic foam rubber, add light if necessary and record as much as you want.
You can watch how all sorts of announcers make a recording studio at home - this is essentially a stupid kennel the size of a telephone booth and a microphone.
