Visual WordPress Theme Editor not working. The one that (customize.php). When you click on the Configure button, all settings are loaded first and then disappear. The theme is standard, all plugins are disabled. There are no errors in the console. joxi.ru/1A5x7ZwsKQzqn2

If the PHP version is lower than 5.5 then the customizer is not loaded
