Why is the wocommerce order payment parameter not returning?

Hi guys,
I ran into a problem - after placing an order and paying for it on the wordpress wocommerce site - after a while - the order is closed due to non-payment. How does the payment verification process work? How can the problem be solved? Payment is made through privat24 and liqpay.
The time through which the refusal comes is limited by the time of reservation of the goods.
