Why is the video playing in the html application on android?

There is an application for android, which is essentially a full-screen browser that displays a local html page with pictures and content.
Works great, but there is a problem with embedding a video on a page using the video tag . The player does not want to play local videos, but the same videos posted on the Internet are played without problems. Tried webm and mp4.
How to solve the problem? There is a suspicion that there is some problem in the path to the video (the relative path to the file is indicated in the folder next to index.html).

A common mistake is to incorrectly specify the path to the file that lies in the Assets folder, the correct path is:
