Why is the Traffic inspector client disconnected periodically?

To filter traffic, we use the "Traffic inspector" software. The problem is that from time to time the client of this software (installed on employees' machines) does not connect to the server, but there is a connection with the server. Disconnections at clients happen quite often. Everything seems to be set up on the server. Errors for clients are usually "unable to find server" and "server connection timeout". If anyone uses this software, tell me the solution to the problem. Why do shutdowns happen all the time?
