Why is the title tag not showing up in search results?

Site on joomla. Registered title through the admin panel. It is displayed in the tab, but if you search for the site through a search query, then there is no prescribed titl. The title looks like "Main - {site name}". This happens in both Google and Yandex.
Why might this be happening? Because the indexing by the search robot has not yet passed and you need to wait? Or is it because the tag is registered through the admin panel? Or are search engines ignoring the title because it doesn't match the content of the page? What to do then?

If more than a week has passed, I am 90% sure that the problem is in the software part. Contact programmers.
You can check it by opening the code of the page (for example, the main one). This can be done through the Ctrl + U combination, and by searching at the beginning of the code for the section where the name of your title is indicated. I'm sure you have a Home there. Therefore, it's not about search engines, but about joomla. If this tag contains the title you need, which you set, then you need to wait for reindexing.
