Why is the title, description and picture not displayed in the telegram link?

There are two different domains (rf and subdomain ru) on two different hostings.
both on wordpress, yoast seo. Absolutely the same settings, images . Robots.txt is identical.
all the lines og:title, og:image, etc. are equal.

I update through the bot, one site can be updated, the second is not.
what could be the problem? in the domain\hosting?
