Why is the timer yellow in the metric?

Hello . I have a question: I
recently put a counter from the metric on the site (it seems to me there is nowhere to make a mistake), but the counter indicator is yellow, in the list. What to do about it and is it worth doing something at all?
It says "The counter is not installed correctly, or the old version is installed. Data is being received."

This is how the counter code looks like, as I understand it, only it had to be inserted. It is placed before the closing </body> :

If it says it's an error. It means that something was wrong during the installation. Reread the installation instructions and do everything again.
PS I did not see a counter on the site page.
