I uploaded the site to the domain, connected the database to it, but all the text that is not displayed is displayed as symbols - �. I checked the base encoding - utf8_general_ci. I imported it, so I double-checked the encoding of the original database and the encoding when exporting and importing. She is the same everywhere. What could be the problem?
