Why is the terminal slow in PhpStorm?

Hello!
In a storm, the terminal began to slow down - each character is printed for a second, it is impossible to work, you have to use a standard terminal.
+ Passwords from both FTP and git are no longer saved. FTP does not go at all if you check the "Save password" box.
Does anyone know how to defeat at least the terminal?
I turned off all the plugins, installed the standard theme - no change.
PhpStorm 2019.13.1
macOS 10.13.6

Reconnect the terminal in settings. There you can choose which one to use.
For example, bash follows the standard. I am using zsh. Switched to zsh in settings.
If your terminal works fine separately, then this should help.
