Why is the template with fresh edits not displayed?

There is 1s Bitrix 15.5.1 (Licensed).
I made several edits to the site template: I corrected something in the header, first I inserted the module, then removed it and inserted the usual html. At the end of the edits, the cache was completely cleared.
As a result, now when you update the page and navigate through the pages, the site header is always different (even the code that has already been removed is displayed).

Purely by symptoms - do you happen to have not several working servers, but corrected on one?
