Bitrix, white screen?

The white screen appears and then disappears.
I can't catch.
/bitrix/php_interface/dbconn.php debug enabled
error_reporting(E_ALL); registered in init.php. Basically the whole site is down.
debug is enabled in .settings.php, it also does not write anything to the log. I even created a file and gave it permissions, just in case.
In htaccess , I wrote
php_value display_errors 1
php_value error_reporting 7

The site is in the docker, there is nothing in the docker logs that would indicate an error either.

If an error occurs during some action, then look at the database, or the scripts that are associated with it
