Why is the template floating in ie11?

There is a site on the wordpress engine (4.9.5) in the local network. There is a template that supposedly supports ie from version 10.
In other browsers (chrome, ferofox) everything is displayed perfectly. But in Internet explorer 11 it is displayed correctly - only if two checkboxes are unchecked in "Compatibility View Options"
1. Display intranet sites in compatibility mode.
2. use Microsoft compatibility lists.
How can I make the site display correctly without changing the settings in IE
