Why is the telegram bot stupid in the mobile application?

There is a telegram bot written in Python using the pytelegrambotapi (telebot) library, which organizes a dynamic keyboard with inline buttons. For a long time everything worked as it should, however, now the bot began to ignore and "not see pressing the bottom buttons of the keyboard." If you re-enter the chat, the buttons work. Also, everything works if you use the messenger from the PC. The problem is on the mobile version. Any guesses?
