Why is the table not heating up?

Printer: anycubic i3 mega
There is no voltage at the terminal blocks on the motherboard. The sensor shows the room temperature. Is it being treated without replacing the board?

Is the table heating turned on in the settings?

1. How old is the printer? Has the table been warm before?
2. With what fright did you decide that the table should be heated? Did you turn it on?
3. Is voltage supplied to the board with the power supply for heating?
Perhaps your fuse has blown or the table control key has flown out. As I understand it, you don’t have the knowledge or equipment necessary for repairs, so pay a fee to a more or less adequate SC. Explain the situation, they will identify and fix the problem. To avoid this in the future (and it will certainly happen), buy such crap
PS You need to understand that 3D printers are still in such a state that for their operation you need to know the principle of operation and be able to troubleshoot yourself, and you will have a lot of them.
