Why is the speedtest-cli program reporting the location of the heroku server and not my device?

I wrote a telegram bot in python that sends download speed, host and location. But the problem is that the bot sends data not from the device from which I give the command, but from the heroku server itself (Europe). As a result, I get the data of one of the towns in Ireland instead of my own.

Well, speedtest-cli is on your server on heroku, and not on the device from which you give the command.
