Why is the sound on utube late?

Sometimes, including the video, the video itself starts to go, and the sound appears after 3-5 seconds.
Powerful computer, chrome browser, 2 extensions: adblock, style.
Visually, it started after trying to score on flash and turning on HTML5 (in chrome + on youtube in the settings), but there the sound was also late, so I refused. Now in flash.

Look at the task manager, when I worked with the node, my music on VK PPC slowed down.
Memory and cpu because
hromych sagged wildly eats a lot, as they say. uses your PC resources to the maximum, leaving nothing to other processes

Most likely, because the video is old, recorded by some "Happy-Cam2", so the sound from the video is late.
