Why is the sound on the bluetooth speaker jerky?
Hello.
I bought an inexpensive portable noname speaker Nomi BT-521. When I connect to it via Bluetooth, the sound is reproduced normally. But as soon as you open a search for wireless networks on a laptop (MSI CX61, Win 10), the sound starts to be interrupted for about half a second every second and a half. In principle, this does not really bother me, but the same problem with a smartphone. Only in this case, I tried to turn off everything that consumes Wi-Fi, turn off the home router, but the problem with sound remains, apparently due to the fact that there are many networks in the house and the signal of neighboring networks in my apartment is quite strong. The problem is not constant, it appears more often during the day and does not depend on the location in the apartment.
In any case, I will carry the column to the store, but for myself I want to understand whether to require them to replace it with the same model or choose another model.
In general, my question is: most likely, is this a problem of a specific model (weak transmitter, susceptibility to interference) or is it a problem of a specific device due to a factory defect? It would be great if someone has the same and he faced / did not face such a problem.
Thanks for the help.
