Why is the snippet not expanding in sublime text 3?

I created a snippet, entered data about the bootstrap column into it.
In the video tutorial, a person wrote the name of the snippet, which is indicated by col-12, and the snippet opened for him. I press TAB, nothing happens to me, or the tag appears, because a space is put. Help me please.
