Why is the smart filter not working?

Added a smart filter down to the page added a catalog but the smart filter does not show anything on the
screen

Although I expect there will be color filtering.

Why doesn't it work?
In the videos on YouTube and in the Bitrix documentation, everything is beautiful and works, and when I add it, it just turns out a blue strip with a button.
