The problem is this. There is a slider on the site, s-blog.ru
For some reason it does not load. Can anyone suggest what's wrong?

The jquery version is old - 1.4.4. The same NivoSlider has jQuery 1.7+ in the requirements. The jQuery Form Plugin has jQuery 1.5+ requirements.
See how scripts are loaded on the site of this topic. You have them glued and minified. Perhaps the problem occurs at this stage. On the official site, scripts are loaded separately.

I don't understand scripts well. but pay attention to the errors, for example, the script type is missing in line 17. A closing tag is missing somewhere
