Why is the site slowly growing in Google search results?

Good afternoon!
I would be grateful for help in understanding the reasons why the site https://domstroykonsalt.by/ ranks faster and higher in Yandex search than in Google?
But more traffic comes from Google about 3 times.

Good afternoon. It's elementary simple - you have zero reference. And if Yandex can really somehow turn a blind eye to this, giving preference to internal and user factors, then Google does NOT have a link. Regional link + thematic rules! :) As for the traffic - in Belarus Google has a larger coverage (especially mobile devices - up to 80%) Hence the effect.
