Why is the site not working - ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT?

Good evening! Today my site suddenly stopped loading. The browser gave an error ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. I can't view the error log, because ssh access is also unavailable (connect to host 80.ххх port хх: Operation timed out).
I wrote to the hosting provider Digitalocean. They deny their guilt and recommend doing the following:
"We understand that you are facing issue with the site down and you are unable to connect to the droplet.
I have mounted our Recovery ISO to your Droplet to allow you to check for both issues. You will need to power the droplet off, and then back on in order to boot the Recovery ISO. Please note that a power cycle will not work in this case.
Once in the Recovery ISO please select option #2 to run a fsck on the Droplet's file system. If this comes back without any errors, please select Option #1 to mount your Droplet's file system, then options #6 to drop to the ISOs command line. Once at the command please provide us with a screen shot of the following command:
ls -lvh /mnt/lib/modules"
Please help! data or
file damage

In the Digital Ocean personal account, being in the desired droplet, click on the Console (top right, above the charts). This is the same as sticking a monitor and keyboard into your droplet (no ssh required). Is this how the machine responds? If the window that opens has only a black background, then press any keys, you should be prompted to log in.

Offtopic:
DigitalOcean in the last few days just out of hand does not work.
I have 3-4 nodes out of 20 just went into reboot on their own, and another three pieces went for some kind of scheduled maintenance (thank God, not all at once) ...
Problems began to appear noticeably more often ...
