Why is the site not visible to anyone except the admin?

I messed something up with access rights, now only the admin sees the site after authorization (gives 404, page not found) I tried to divide the resources into groups, created two. The admin has access to all groups, and the content manager has only 1. Tell me what to check, I’ve already broken my whole head

In general, I compared the database with the backup, deleted everything that I screwed up in access rights and set it up again. Now everything is fine.
