In Kazakhstan, we are still learning remotely using the onlinemektep.org website, I used the account on this site, then the site stopped responding to me at all. Always timeout, does not even respond to ping. Only works with VPN, what can I do?

Sites are blocked for brute. Try to write to the administrator a tearful letter with apologies and a request to restore access.
