Why is the site not indexed?

Recently, I received a message in the mail that the site was indexed and it is now in the search. Joyful, I decided to drive in the url in the search but there are no results. Robots and sitemap are all filled. Added a couple of articles on LF requests.

Mistakes, sanctions, etc.
Check in the search:
site:site.com "фраза с любой страницы"the phrase is in quotation marks!
