The Roboto font is displayed incorrectly. It turned out that the problem was in the device. How to clear the cache and fix the font?

Everyone's favorite Roboto, for unknown reasons, suddenly began to be displayed incorrectly a year ago. Then I decided not to mess around with these updates and switched to Open Sans. And now Open Sans has decided to make faces. And now we have to figure out what's the matter.

Normal Roboto (vk.com):Abnormal Roboto (apidog.ru v6.4, VKcom Theme v2.8.1):

UPD: It looks like it's a cache issue, since the font is displayed correctly on other devices. Clearing the browser cache didn't help. What to do?
