Why is the server not available?

Apache HTTP Server

Hello. There is a VDS server at DigitalOcean on Ubuntu Server. Installed apache. Created a CNAME domain. But the domain is not available through the browser.
Also installed 3proxy. The port has opened. But there is no connection.
Firewall is disabled.
Tell me what's the problem?

Have you set up a domain in httpd? Dns resolve to the server? What does dig say?
