Apache (and Nginx) won't start on MAMP, what should I do?

Such a problem: neither Apache nor Nginx suddenly starts.
There are no errors, the logs are empty, the servers simply remain not running, MySQL starts normally.
I think that I updated PHP to version 7 yesterday, while MAMP worked and everything was fine.
The settings are PHP 7, with ports in order.
What the heck? What could be the problem? Where to dig?

Took down the entire MAMP to the homeless and reinstalled it - it helped.
