Why is the scanner's ADF not feeding all the sheets?

During multipage scanning of the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M225rdn MFP, the automatic feeder does not feed all the stacked sheets (out of 8 - only 2, does not want to take the rest). The problem occurs only when using the winscan2pdf utility, the standard MFP software works correctly.
How to solve the problem?
