Why is the robotjs package not being installed?

Trying to install the robotjs package
When I type the command
npm install robotjs
I have the following miracle:
node: v12.13.0
npm: 6.13.1
node-gyp: v6.0.1
Python 2.7 installed, VS 2015, Windows 8.1 SDK.
Why is that? Everything seems to be worth it, but still errors
