Why is the repository not initialized by the git add command. and git add *?

When trying to initialize, writes the message
killed
And then displays

fatal: Unable to create '/home/s/samos23/34avenue.ru/public_html/.git/index.lock': File exists.

If no other git process is currently running, this probably means a
