Why is the ReactJS code not working?

I recently started learning React.js. Created an example based on this tutorial. An example is here . I have React connected, but still nothing is displayed, although there should be several colored rectangles in a column. What should work is here .
What am I doing wrong?

you have underscore.js not pulling up ... look at the console, there is an error

Why are you using React version 0.9? It's been a long time since 0.14 came out
