Why is the react-native app not working?

I created an apk file from my react-native application according to the instructions https://facebook.github.io/react-native/docs/signe... Everything was created, but when I put it on my phone and tried to install it, "The application is not installed". What could be the reason for this problem, because everything worked in the emulator and via usb?

Play market protection blocked the application because it did not know me as a developer.
