Why is the purchased domain name blocked?

A domain was recently purchased, it is missing in the "Domains" section, but it is in the "My Data/Contract&Subsciptions" section.
The problem is that the domain is blocked and the following is indicated in the "Contract Term" field:
The domain was bought only 16 hours ago (maybe you need to wait 24 hours), but it seems strange that the domain is blocked, but the money was debited.
