Why is the program not starting?

This error is "Unable to start the service from the command line or from the debugger. You must first install the Windows service (using installutil.exe), and then you must start it using the ServerExplorer program, the Windows Services Administration tool, or the .NET START command"
I am not engaged in development , this error appears during installation and subsequent launch of the program (Malwarebytes). But, at one time VS10 was installed and this problem started after its removal (most likely). The only problem is with this program.

so write to Malwarebytes support what services do they use
and when installing Malwarebytes did it run as Administrator?
