Why is the price of delivery by CDEK not displayed?

SDEC. When placing an order (I entered different cities), the delivery price is not displayed, the message "Failed to calculate the delivery cost.
You can continue placing the order, and a little later the store manager will contact you and clarify the delivery information."
I don't know much about delivery services. Did a comparison of locations, nothing has changed.
The delivery methods I have chosen are the CDEK Delivery Service (Warehouse-Door Parcel) and
the CDEK Delivery Service (Warehouse-Warehouse Parcel)
