Why is the price of a click in Yandex.Direct growing?
On the site, the display region was a specific city, it was necessary to edit the Direct for the region. After editing, the cost per click has risen sharply. What could be the reason?

Information, of course, is not enough, but there are several options here. Firstly, you changed the ad (title) and because of this, the CTR and, accordingly, the cost per click could fall. Secondly, it is possible that in the region of Tatarstan on your subject the average price is higher than in the city of Kazan. You can check this using the Yandex budget forecast tool.
